This strategic partnership preserves one of Texas’s most storied music venues while further solidifying Lightstream’s reputation as a premier curator of live entertainment experiences across Central Texas.
Lightstream Presents has earned distinction for its exceptional programming at Haute Spot in Cedar Park, Texas, and for its unwavering commitment to creating a guest-centered experience defined by impeccable service and authentic Texas hospitality. Known for crafting dynamic lineups that unite nationally recognized touring acts with beloved regional artists, Lightstream has been instrumental in establishing Haute Spot as one of the region’s foremost live music destinations.
Through this new collaboration, Coupland Dancehall—a historic Texas treasure celebrated for its rustic charm, original wooden dance floor, and true honky-tonk spirit—will now benefit from Lightstream’s extensive industry relationships and proven expertise in elevating live music experiences.

The dancehall will temporarily close on October 12, 2025, and reopen on Friday, November 7, 2025, with Aaron Watson headlining the grand reopening event — marking the beginning of an exciting new chapter in the storied history of this iconic Texas landmark.
